Serena Chiarello

I obtained a master's degree in Law from the University of Padua in 2011 with a thesis entitled "The concept of fraud in criminal law". I have acquired the qualification to practice the legal profession at the Court of Appeal of Venice and, since 2014, I have been registered with the Vicenza Bar Association. From the beginning I was passionate about the most varied issues represented by customers, with particular attention to finding the most suitable solution for their protection.

Starting from 2018 I began to collaborate with Colleghe, lawyer. Ludovica Menegolo and lawyer. Ilaria Bignotto, with whom I share the studio and combine my skills in order to offer the best assistance to customers.

I deal with judicial activity in the criminal sector, as well as judicial and extrajudicial activity in the civil sector with particular attention to the operational areas of property law, family law, inheritance, insurance litigation, debt collection and road accidents.

In 2015 I attended the Mille Giovani Avvocati Road Show organized by Cassa di Previdenza Forense - Il Sole 24 ORE Business School on the subject of the Organizational Model Legislative Decree 231/2001 - Management of corporate crises - Arbitration, mediation and assisted negotiation. I have been the author of various publications and articles in the Giornale di Vicenza, as well as a speaker at the Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza for the conference “D. Legislative Decree 231/2001: discipline and aspects of responsibility".

I am currently responsible for the Vicenza territorial section of AMI Veneto.
